Chris Boyer is Vice President of Strategic Research and Communications at AT&T Services, Inc., where he is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic policy-based communications initiatives to advance AT&T’s policy positions with relevan national or regional, high-level stakeholders and key influencers. Mr. Boyer also serves as AT&T’s primary point of contact on National Security matters with several Federal agen cies including the Department of Homeland Security, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the Department of State, the Federal Communications Commission and the White House. He is also the former Chairman of the Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board. Mr. Boyer was also a part of AT&T’s global public policy organization. He served as AT&T’s policy lead working with the high-tech community in Silicon Valley and he has held positions in the company’s corporate public policy, network planning and engineer ing, product marketing and network services departments.
